This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing team within the leisure vehicle accessory industry. This roles offers the opportunity to experience all aspects of the business and the successful applicant will be responsible for both the Warehouse and Customer Services Teams.

The Role:-

Working closely with the Directors of the business you will be required to:-

• Lead, develop and manage the existing team including motivating and supporting the team.
• Manage and oversee the order to invoice process including picking and despatching goods.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of all goods in and shipments out.
• Maintain and create (where necessary) policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team work within the Health & Safety guidelines, including risk assessments.
• Ensure that goods in are labelled, packed and stored appropriately and ready for picking.
• Manage cycle counts and the yearly stock take.
• Manage customer returns and non-conformances.
• Manage delivery companies and packaging suppliers.
• Attend management meetings as required.

The Requirements

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Experience of managing people and dealing with staff issues.
• Minimum of 3 years experience within a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ability to implement new processes and KPI’s to meet Directors/Customers expectations.
• Lateral thinking, bringing ideas to the table and the desire to succeed.
• A ‘CAN DO’ attitude towards work, with a flexible ‘hands on approach’ where necessary, be self motivated and have the ability to resolve problems in an efficient timescale and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary package £25,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience

Hours : Monday – Friday 8.15 am – 5.15 pm (1/2 hour for lunch)
