Grassroutes Leisure is an independent established wholesaler offering a range of products for campervans, caravans, motorhomes, boats and horseboxes.  We supply parts to companies based in the UK, Europe and the USA.  Based in Wincanton we operate from a modern, tidy, clean and heated warehouse.

As part of our re-structuring we are looking to recruit in several areas. 

Hours:

40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) – we do not operate shifts.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER : Full-Time PERMANENT

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage our warehouse team. 

Tasks:-

  • Manage the team ensuring they are meeting customers expectations
  • Liaise with delivery companies
  • Ensure that issues relating to deliveries are managed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Management to ensure that the business expectations are met and maintained.

 

Experience

  • Must have at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Leader and team player with a positive can do attitude.
  • Good communication skills
  •  Have good numeracy skills with attention to detail.
  • Physical strength and fitness as you may be required to lift heavy packages.
  • Good IT skills with experience of Excel and computerised stock management systems.
  • Forklift licence holder would be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of KanBan, Bills of Material and other production/warehouse processes.

FINANCE ASSISTANT : Full-Time or Part-Time (Min. 24-30 hours) PERMANENT

Due to our existing finance assistant relocating after 7 years with us we are looking for a Finance Assistant.  

  • Manage the financial aspect of the business including:-
    • Credit Control
    • Sales/Purchase Ledger
    • Nominal Ledger
    • Stock Control
    • Run month end
    • Production of Management Reports (monthly/yearly).
    • Understand Export Sales

Experience

  • Must have experience of running VAT, Foreign Currency
  • Must be qualifed to at least AAT Level 2
  • Must demonstrate experience of similar position
  • Knowledge of Export Sales (proven experience required)
  • Must have experience of Sage 50
  • Team player with a positive can do attitude.
  • Good communication and numeracy skills with attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills with experience of Excel and computerised stock management systems.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR : PART-TIME POSITION (Temp to Perm)

We are looking for someone to assist the Management team to complete several projects. 

Tasks will include:-

  • Tasks relating to product launches
  • Updating website with new products
  • Reviewing company procedures
  • Generally assisting Management with tasks
  • Assist Sales Support
  • Respond to Customer queries

Experience

  • Must have at least 5 years administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Good Organisation skills
  • Team player with a positive can do attitude.
  • Good communication and numeracy skills with attention to detail.

Hours :  This is a part-time role but we need someone in Monday to Friday.  Hours to be agreed.

Salary : Dependant upon experience.
