Sales Support Manager 

Wincanton, Somerset : Full-Time 

Are you a natural leader with a passion for organization, communication, and driving sales success? We’re looking for a Sales Support Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and effectively.

About the Role

As the Sales Support Manager, you’ll lead a team that bridges the gap between sales, operations, and customer service. You’ll oversee processes, tools, and reporting that enable our sales team to perform at their best — ensuring customers receive outstanding service from first contact through to delivery with satisfied customers.  You will encourage the team to deliver an excellent service that results in the team’s self development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Sales Support team to deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Streamline and improve sales administration processes, CRM accuracy, and order management.
  • Liaise with marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and communication at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation within the sales support function and work with the team to deliver changes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a sales support or operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data reporting tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Analysis and resolve issues/problems with long-term durable fixes.
