In the daily running of our business to administer your account we collect customer names, contact details and purchase history. This data is held within our secure CMS servers and also our Sage Accounting system.

For support enquiries, we use Zendesk, so those support threads are stored on zendesk servers.

If you have subscribed to our email marketing, your subscribed email address is held in our cloud email marketing provider. You can unsubscribe at any time from each marketing email you receive.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
